We have confirmed that in some environments location data may not be acquired correctly, causing heatmaps to be missing or less accurate.

This is due to adjustments to location permissions and acquisition methods made for the App Store production release, which can make location acquisition unstable under certain conditions.

As a result, features that use location data, including heatmaps, may not deliver the intended experience. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

We are reviewing the location acquisition process and permission settings to identify the cause and improve stability.

Note that even when location acquisition fails, sensor data such as heart rate and acceleration may still be recorded, but heatmaps and some figures may not be accurate.
