New support and account deletion forms are now available
We have added a dedicated support form for questions about the app, and a withdrawal form for account deletion. Both are available in Japanese and English.
To make it easier to reach us, we have added a dedicated support form and a withdrawal (account deletion) form for the STATSMAN app.
The support form accepts questions and feedback about how to use the app, issues you have encountered, and more. After you submit it, you will receive an automatic confirmation email, and our support team will review your message and reply in turn.
If you would like to delete your account, you can do so via the withdrawal form. Note that deleting your account and cancelling your subscription are separate steps. Your subscription is not automatically cancelled when you delete your account, so please also cancel it from the App Store if you wish to stop billing.
Both forms are available in Japanese and English.
